Safety is not something added after the work begins. It is built into our planning, our processes and our daily operations. Our Safety Department works alongside field teams throughout each project to provide guidance, support and resources that help crews work safely and efficiently.
Led by a full-time Safety Director and Safety Officer, our Safety Department serves as a partner to our field operations. The goal is not simply to enforce requirements, but to help teams identify risks, solve challenges and maintain safe work practices from start to finish.
