Apprenticeship Opportunities
Walton & Company is proud to partner with ABC Keystone to offer our employees the opportunity to “earn while you learn” in trades such as HVAC, sheet metal and plumbing. This program allows employees to gain valuable hands-on job site experience while learning the fundamentals of their trade through structured classroom instruction and on-the-job training.
Our apprenticeship program is an internal employee development opportunity. Employees are considered for enrollment after demonstrating strong performance, commitment and potential during an initial period of employment. Eligible employees may then be nominated by their manager for participation in the program. Walton & Company does not directly hire apprentices into the program.
